Accessing Your Billing Portal
Log in at Power Down.in. Navigate to Billing → Invoices to see all pending and paid invoices.
Accepted Payment Methods
Power Down uses Razorpay for secure payment processing:

How to Pay an Invoice
- Log in to the billing portal
- Click on the pending invoice
- Click Pay Now
- Select your payment method in the Razorpay popup
- Complete payment — your service activates within minutes
Enable Auto-Pay
Go to Billing → Payment Methods and add a card or UPI mandate for automatic recurring payments. This prevents service interruptions from missed payments.
GST Invoice
Enter your GSTIN in Account → Business Details before your next invoice is generated. GST-compliant invoices are generated automatically with the registered business name and GSTIN.
What Happens if I Miss a Payment?
- Email reminder sent immediately
- Second reminder after 3 days
- Service suspended after 7 days (data preserved)
- Service terminated after 14 days if unpaid
