Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. All transactions are final once confirmed.

Important Notice

All sales are final. PowerDown Hosting does not offer refunds under any circumstances once a transaction has been confirmed and processed. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. Finality of Sale

All transactions conducted with PowerDown Hosting, whether through our official platform, direct messages (DM), WhatsApp, or any other communication channel, shall be considered final. Once a service has been successfully purchased and the transaction has been duly processed, no refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The nature of the services provided does not permit cancellation or refund once the deal has been confirmed. Accordingly, no refund requests shall be accepted under any circumstances post-confirmation. This applies to all services including VPS Hosting, Dedicated Servers, Game Hosting, RDP, Web Hosting, IP Leasing, Proxy Services, and any other service offered by PowerDown Hosting.

3. Clarification Clause

For the avoidance of doubt, once a deal is concluded and the terms accepted by both parties — whether verbally, in writing, or through payment — the transaction shall be considered irrevocable and non-refundable. No exceptions will be made regardless of the circumstances or communication channel used.

4. Service Disruptions

In the event of extended service disruptions caused solely by PowerDown Hosting's infrastructure failure, customers may be eligible for service credits (not monetary refunds) at the sole discretion of PowerDown Hosting. Such credits shall be applied toward future services only and shall not be convertible to cash.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from transactions must be raised within 48 hours of the purchase through our official support channels at support@powerdown.in or our Discord server. Disputes raised after 48 hours will not be considered. Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks through your payment provider without first contacting PowerDown Hosting support is a violation of this policy and may result in permanent account suspension.
