What Makes VDS Different from VPS
Virtual Private Servers (VPS) use virtualisation to share physical CPU cores across multiple tenants. A 4-vCore VPS plan might actually share physical cores with dozens of other VPS instances on the same server, subject to CPU time scheduling by the hypervisor.
Virtual Dedicated Servers allocate physical CPU threads exclusively to a single customer's VM. Your 4 vCores are pinned to 4 specific physical CPU threads that no other VM can access. Combined with dedicated RAM allocation and priority I/O scheduling, VDS delivers performance consistently close to bare metal.
Our VDS Hardware
Our VDS lineup is powered by two processor families:
- AMD Ryzen 9 9950X — 16 cores, 32 threads, 5.7 GHz boost clock. Located in Frankfurt. Ideal for latency-sensitive European and international workloads.
- AMD EPYC 7763 — 64 cores, 128 threads, 4 TB ECC DDR4 RAM. Located in Delhi NCR. Ideal for high-density enterprise virtualisation.
